Day~1– Jan 9th: Ho Chi Minh arrival (D)

Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, you will be met and transferred to hotel in downtown. Transfer for shopping at Ben Thanh market. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

  • – Jan 10th: Ho Chi Minh – Mekong Delta – Ho Chi Minh (B, L)
In the morning you will depart for My Tho Town in Mekong Delta, the “rice basket” of Vietnam. Stop at Go Den Winery to see how they make & taste sticky rice wine and to interact with local people. After arrival in My Tho, you will take the boat ride across the Mekong River. Transfer to a sampan row boat along the natural canal. Visit a local house, orchard garden, bee farm, sampling honey tea, taking horse-cart ride, coconut candy factory… Lunch at a local house on the island with local specialties. Drive back to HCMC in the late afternoon. Dinner on your own. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.
Day~3– Jan 11th: Ho Chi Minh – Mui Ne (B)

Breakfast. Transfer to Mui Ne beach in Phan Thiet, the capital of Binh Thuan province, 200km from Ho Chi Minh City. Arrive Phan Thiet check in a nice resort. Relax at the lovely beach with swaying palm trees.You can also take photographs of wonderful moments when wind's movements make enormous sand dunes look like perfect sculpture works. Overnight in Mui Ne.

Day~4– Jan 12th: Mui Ne (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. Free time at your leisure for swimming at the beach or joining Mui Ne Sailing Club for windsurfing, water-skiing and kite-surfing. After dinner, you can have a walk or rent a bicycle to get around Mui Ne. Overnight in Mui Ne.

Day~5– Jan 13th: Mui Ne – Ho Chi Minh (B)

Breakfast at the hotel.  Transfer back to Ho Chi Minh.

  • – Jan 14th: Ho Chi Minh – Da Nang – Hoi An (B)
Breakfast, transfer to the airport to take a flight to Da Nang. Arrival in Da Nang, transfer to visit Cham Museum and Marble Mountain. Then transfer to Hoi An to check in a nice resort. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day~7– Jan 15th: Hoi An (B)

Breakfast. Free to explore the old merchant town of Hoi An with Chinese Assembly Halls, beautiful Japanese-covered Bridge, narrow winding streets and ancestral family homes. Be tempted by its art galleries, handcrafted woodwork, ceramics, lanterns, embroidery and tailor shops. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day~8– Jan 16th: Hoi An – Hue (B, L)

Breakfast. Transfer to Hue. Check in your hotel.
In the afternoon, we follow the cobbled paths through the grounds of the Imperial Citadel and tour the Forbidden Purple City. Absorb the energy, sounds and smells of bustling Dong Ba Market. Overnigth in Hue.

Day~9– Jan 17th: Hue – Hanoi (B, L)
After breakfast at hotel, sail the Perfume River by royal dragon boat to serene Thien Mu Pagoda and transfer to visit the majestic tomb of King Ming Mang.

In the afternoon, transfer to the airport to take a flight to Hanoi. Arrival in Hanoi, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day~10– Jan 18th: Hanoi – Lao Cai (B)

After breakfast, transfer to visit the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh, and his humble house on stilts, the famous One Pillar Pagoda, and the Temple of Literature (Viet Nam's first University). Continue to go shopping at Craftlink Center, a famous place for traditional handicraft.
In the afternoon, transfer to visit Museum of Ethnology before you take a cyclo ride to visit Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple and the 36 streets of the Old Quarter, where you can shop and explore on your own. Continue to enjoy Vietnam Water Puppet show.
In the evening, you will be picked up to transfer to the railway station for the train to Lao Cai province. Night on train.

Day~11– Jan 19th: Lao Cai – Sapa (B)
Arrive in Lao Cai in early morning. Breakfast in Lao Cai. Meet and transfer to “the town of fog” of Sapa by van. Check in and free time to visit Ham Rong Mountain with scenic spots: Gate of Heaven, Garden of Orchid.
In the afternoon, trekking tour to Cat Cat village, 3km south of Sapa which is a steep and very beautiful hike down like everywhere in this area. After dinner on your own, free time to discover Sapa town and taste grilled eggs, sugarcanes, sweet potatoes … Overnight in Sapa.
  • Day~12
  • – Jan 20th: Sapa – Lao Cai – Hanoi (B, L, D)
After breakfast, we drive to Lao Chai. It's home to black H'mong and Dzay (or Nhang). Continue to visit Ta Van village, where Black H’mong lives. Picnic lunch. Then the van picks you up and transfer to Lao Cai station for the night train to Hanoi. Dinner at a local restaurant in Lao Cai. Overnight on train.
  • Day~13
  • – Jan 21st: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B, L, D)

In the morning we travel to the World Heritage site of Halong Bay where our boat and sumptuous seafood feast awaits us. Cruising amongst the limestone islets, you will have a chance to explore various caves including Dinh Huong Island, Fighting Cock Island, Dog Island, Sail Island, Cave of Surprise - the natural cave of beautiful stalactites and stalagmites.
Enjoy swimming at Titov Beach. Passing across a fishing-floating house and bargain some fresh shrimps, crabs and fishes. Overnight on board.

  • Day~14
  • – Jan 22nd: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, L)
After a night on board our deluxe junk, you will awake to see daylight filtering through the early morning mist and the towering rock formations, leaving you with unforgettable memory of your visit. Lunch on board.
Transfer to Hanoi in the afternoon. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day~15– Jan 23rd: Hanoi – departure (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Free time on your on before transfer to the airport for your ongoing flight. End of services.
